Just to introduce myself a little bit: my name is Roger, i´m a 43 years old mineralogist and i have been collecting minerals since more than 25 years. Collecting minerals in Germany has become somewhat dificult. There are only a few collecting sites that fit to my collection objectives. I love it to go rockhounding but during the last years i bought most of my new specimens.

My collection is now focused on aesthetical specimens worldwide, especially Tourmaline and other pegmatite and gem minerals like Topaz, Garnets etc. - Fluorite and Pyromorphite are also welcome.

2003 i was lucky to buy a large collection of field trip material mainly consisting of specimens from Iran, Turkey and Scandinavia, also a bunch of systematics worldwide... a lot of work to do but nice work! I also have been in Namibia 2004 and 2005 and brought some nice stuff, including Dioptase from the Omaue Mine and Quartz from the Brandberg area.

- Aquamarine, Pakistan (but good quality and worth the price ;-)

- aesthetical Fluorite specimens.
